Growing up, I often felt silenced, misunderstood, and labelled as overly sensitive. I had a deep ability to sense energy—hearing what others weren’t saying, feeling the pain they carried, or knowing when something was off, even if it was hidden. Imagine how challenging that was! When I was 12, I even saw a fairy. Naturally, my family and others thought I was imagining things or "crazy." I’ve since forgiven them—they simply didn’t understand.

At 13, overwhelmed by these experiences, I started drinking vodka to numb myself and block it all out. Unfortunately, this opened energetic portals that led me further off my path. I made choices I deeply regret, following a direction in life that didn’t align with who I truly was.

Fast forward to 2019, my life hit a breaking point when I lost my best friend, who was like a sister to me, to suicide. My already fragile world turned upside down. I fell into a deeper depression, one that had been lingering since my early teens. Something had to change.

That’s when I turned to sacred frog medicine, Kambo. Just a month after this transformative experience, I quit alcohol and stopped eating meat. Seeking clarity and healing, I went into isolation and immersed myself in learning all things spiritual. This became my new addiction, my way to rebuild myself.

In less than a year, I completed all levels of Reiki (a pace I wouldn’t recommend to others). During this time, I experienced what felt like spiritual psychosis and even a kundalini awakening after receiving long-distance energy healing. By then, I had committed to celibacy, a clean diet, and a life free from alcohol and narcotics.

Yet, I realised something was missing: a true connection to my body and soul. This realisation led me to tantra, a practice I’d heard could reconnect me to myself. At the time, I felt numb and disconnected—tantra helped me heal that.

Now, years later, I can consciously move my life force energy from my root chakra up through my spine. Guided by the divine, I help others clear and shift their energy, empowering them on their own paths to healing and self-discovery.
