Swedish Massage – Relax & Restore A soothing therapeutic massage designed to ease muscle tension, encourage circulation and help your whole body slow down and relax Using flowing Swedish massage techniques, your treatment can help release tightness through the back, neck, shoulders and body while calming the nervous system and supporting a greater sense of wellbeing Choose your massage, then customise your session with an optional add-on if you’d like a little more time to relax and unwind £55 – 60-Minute Swedish Massage A full relaxing Swedish massage tailored to areas of tension and your individual needs £35 – 30-Minute Back, Neck & Shoulders A shorter focused treatment concentrating on the areas where tension is often held most £75 – 70-Minute Massage, Breath & Sound A longer combined treatment blending Swedish massage with breathwork and sound for deeper relaxation and restoration Optional Add-Ons + £20 – 20-Minute Indian Head Massage Add extra time focusing on the head, scalp, neck and shoulders for an even deeper sense of calm and release + £40 – 60-Minute Head, Breath & Sound Healing Extend your treatment with a deeply relaxing holistic experience combining head work, guided breath and soothing sound healing Add-ons can be selected alongside your massage to create a more personalised session A £10 venue surcharge applies for sessions held in St Mellons, Cathays or Rumney Instalment payments are available via Clearpay & PayPal at checkout
Cancellation Policy
By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend is non-refundable HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information on your booking form and inform me of any changes before attending. This includes relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, infections and medication I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide medical advice. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund.
