One-Hour Pelvis Healing for Women This deeply nurturing session blends spiritual, physical, and emotional approaches to help you reconnect with your pelvic centre. Releasing tension, restoring flow, and inviting your feminine energy to awaken Through 30 minutes of gentle movement, breathwork, and guided exercises, we’ll focus on easing lower back and hip tension, while unlocking blocks in your sacral chakra — often linked to creativity, sensual energy, and emotional flow The session then flows into a 30-minute tantric massage, designed to soothe, balance, and awaken your energy, leaving you feeling lighter, more open, and connected to your body This practice supports: Lower back and hip pain relief Clearing creative and sexual energy blockages Rebalancing the sacral chakra and sacrum Softening into your body and feminine essence Step into a safe, heart-led space and allow yourself to release, heal, and reconnect (please note, if you have a lot of trauma stored there, you might need more than one session) By booking this session, you agree to Tantric Glow's Terms & Conditions Best wishes, Lisa-marie Tantric Glow
