A gentle 30-minute guided session designed to help you slow down, become more comfortable in the present moment and build greater confidence in how you connect and communicate with others Through simple tantric practices, you may explore eye gazing, conscious breathwork, heart-connection exercises, grounding and mindful presence, helping you feel more at ease with eye contact, speaking openly, listening fully and being seen without feeling the need to rush or withdraw This session is centred around guided ritual rather than massage and is suitable for those wanting to develop greater self-awareness, confidence and emotional presence, either individually or with a partner You’ll be guided through each practice at a comfortable pace, with simple techniques you can continue using in everyday life £55 – 30-Minute Sacred Tantric Ritual Session No massage is included within this session Your comfort and boundaries are always respected, with ongoing consent throughout Sessions are spiritual, therapeutic and connection-focused in nature, not sexual, and do not include genital or explicit touch A £10 venue surcharge applies for sessions held in St Mellons, Cathays or Rumney Instalment payments are available via Clearpay and PayPal at checkout
Cancellation Policy
By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend is non-refundable HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information on your booking form and inform me of any changes before attending. This includes relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, infections and medication I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide medical advice. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund.
