🌸 Community Well-Being Sessions with Tantric Glow I believe everyone deserves access to healing touch and compassionate support — especially those navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm. Too often, care focuses only on the mind, when what’s equally needed is connection, grounding, and care for the body That’s why I offer a limited number of Community Well-Being Sessions each month These 45-minute sessions combine gentle bodywork, breath awareness, mindfulness practices, and reflective conversation — tailored to what you need most that day ✨ These sessions are designed to: Support deep relaxation and regulate the nervous system Reconnect body and mind through conscious touch and breath Provide a calm, non-judgemental space to talk and be heard Encourage self-awareness, emotional release, and grounding On-going instructions you can use to take home 🌿 How It Works Available once per month per person Offered at a reduced contribution of £30 A GP or therapist’s note confirming ongoing mental-health support is requested Sessions are limited and must be booked in advance 💫 A Holistic Approach to Healing These sessions are not clinical counselling or medical treatment, but rather a complementary space of holistic support — blending mindful bodywork, energy balancing, breath guidance, and compassionate presence Because sometimes what heals most deeply is simply being held — body, mind, and soul

By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend is non-refundable HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information on your booking form and inform me of any changes before attending. This includes relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, infections and medication I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide medical advice. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund. Please switch phones off or use flight mode during treatment AFTERCARE Rest and relax where possible, drink plenty of water and consider a salt bath, foot bath, foot wash or journalling PRIVACY Personal and health information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with my privacy policy QUESTIONS & AFTERCARE For questions before your appointment or concerns or feedback afterwards, please contact me by email By confirming your booking, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to this policy
