✨ Tantric Glow Workshop Day ✨ Sunday 8th March 2026 at 2pm till 3pm Only x10 spaces We begin with a welcoming circle and a specially crafted womb & pelvis tea to support connection and grounding. As we settle in with gentle conversation, we’ll open the space together. From there, you’ll be guided into a trance dance meditation, designed to release shame, guilt, and stored tension held in the hips and lower back. This is a powerful practice to free the body and reconnect with your natural flow. Next, we’ll move into yin-inspired pelvic postures and asanas, targeting deep release in the pelvis and lower body. We then open into heart and tantra connection teachings, weaving practices that nurture intimacy with yourself and others, fostering presence, compassion, and self-love. We’ll close our journey with a group embrace, reflection, and photo, honouring the day before saying our goodbyes. 🌸 What to Bring Something comfortable to sit on (yoga mat, meditation cushion, or large pillow) Warm, cosy clothing A blanket A refillable water bottle A journal & pen Yoga Mat & Blocks or Bolster An open heart, a smile, and a willingness to surrender to your inner wisdom ✨ For men or women - we all came from the divine mother womb space
