Embark on a journey of self-discovery with my 30 minutes Rituals Cardiff session. I will guide you through ancient and sacred rituals, helping you find stillness and space within yourself. You can take these teachings home and practice alone or with a loved one. We will start with deep breathing, eye gazing, meditations, and heart-based connections, and I will check your chakras, sage around your body and play tuning forks. Switch off and find inner peace.
