Designed to help you drop out of your mind and into your body, this session weaves together ancient tantric-inspired practices to reconnect you with your energy, presence, and sensuality We begin with: Slow, conscious breathwork to open your body and calm your mind Gentle eye gazing and meditation to build presence and connection Heart-based rituals to open emotional flow A soothing chakra check with sage cleansing Healing sound vibrations using tuning forks to balance your energy Each element is offered with intention and sensitivity, allowing you to soften, release, and feel more alive within yourself.
