Using flowing, rhythmic techniques, this treatment invites the body into a state of deep relaxation, helping you to slow down, unwind and reconnect with yourself Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re holding physical tension, feeling mentally overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to rest and reset. Gentle yet effective, Swedish massage works to ease tight muscles, calm the nervous system and promote a natural sense of balance throughout the body This style of massage may also support the body’s natural lymphatic flow and fascial release through gentle, flowing movements, encouraging a sense of lightness, ease and improved overall body awareness This treatment is ideal if you’re looking for a classic, therapeutic massage without a spiritual focus, offering a professional and deeply relaxing experience in a safe and welcoming environment For those who feel drawn to something more, there is also the option to softly enhance your session with additional elements such as Indian head massage, available in shorter or extended durations, as well as guided breathwork, sound healing with singing bowls, or intuitive energy awareness. These additions are always optional and can be discussed prior to your session, allowing you to create an experience that feels fully aligned with your needs Every session is approached with care, presence and respect, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported and at ease from start to finish
Cancellation Policy
By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend is non-refundable HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information on your booking form and inform me of any changes before attending. This includes relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, infections and medication I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide medical advice. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund.
