A private 45-minute one-to-one online session offering spiritual guidance, holistic knowledge and space to explore whatever is unfolding for you This may be especially helpful if you’re beginning a spiritual journey, experiencing what some describe as a dark night of the soul, feeling disconnected or simply wanting to understand yourself and your spiritual path more deeply We can explore energy work, chakras, breathwork, meditation, Kundalini-inspired practices, grounding, intuition, sacred living, herbs, healthy eating and holistic wellbeing We can also talk about vitamin and mineral wellbeing, including iron, B12 and B9/folate, food choices and some of the holistic approaches I’ve personally explored. For women, this can also include conversations around hormonal changes, low oestrogen and reconnecting with the body Other areas may include relationships, confidence, intimacy, pornography, habits, compulsive behaviours, dependency patterns and understanding why we sometimes replace one coping mechanism with another I can also share reflections from my own experiences with plant medicines, including spiritual preparation, integration, grounding and lessons I’ve taken from those experiences My learning has also included Swazi ancestral practices shared with me through my own teacher, including earth-based grounding, body awareness and traditional-inspired steam and heat practices that can be explored gently and safely at home The session is completely shaped around what you would like to explore, so please let me know your main questions or subjects before your appointment to give me time to prepare £50 – 45-Minute Online Spiritual Knowledge Session Sessions take place online by video call This is spiritual and holistic guidance based on my learning and lived experience rather than medical advice, diagnosis, addiction treatment, psychotherapy or professional plant-medicine facilitation Instalment payments are available via Clearpay and PayPal at checkout

By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund.
