A gentle one-hour holistic session created to help women reconnect with the pelvis, sacrum and womb space through breathwork, yoga, meditation, movement, awareness and energy work We begin with a heart-centred herbal tea ritual, such as rose tea, and a little time to talk and settle into the space before moving into the session Your experience may include grounding, guided meditation, sacral chakra work, gentle touch, pelvic and hip-opening movements, body-awareness practices and optional natural shaking or release movements Soft feathers, fabrics and different textures may also be used across the stomach, hips and pelvic area to encourage sensation, presence and connection with the body Everything is guided gently and with your consent, with simple practices you can continue at home £60 – 60 Minutes This is a spiritual and holistic wellbeing session, not sexual in nature, and does not include genital or explicit touch A £10 venue surcharge applies for St Mellons, Cathays or Rumney Instalment payments are available via Clearpay and PayPal at checkout

By booking a treatment, massage, ritual, membership or workshop with Tantric Glow, you confirm you are aged 18+ and agree to this policy CANCELLATIONS Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend is non-refundable HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information on your booking form and inform me of any changes before attending. This includes relevant medical conditions, injuries, surgery, pregnancy, allergies, infections and medication I am not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or provide medical advice. Treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined for health or safety reasons and medical clearance may be requested Please contact me before attending if you are unwell or have a fever, infection, contagious condition or open wounds affecting the treatment area BEFORE TREATMENT Avoid large meals for 2 hours before treatment and caffeine on the day. Do not consume alcohol or use recreational drugs for 48 hours before or after treatment. Continue prescribed medication as directed by your healthcare professional CONSENT You may ask for your treatment to be adjusted, paused or stopped at any time. Consent is ongoing throughout your session. I may also stop or adapt treatment for safety or wellbeing reasons TANTRIC TREATMENTS No lingam/penis, yoni/vaginal or genital massage or sexual services are provided. Please do not request these services SWEDISH & INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE Please tell me immediately of any pain, discomfort, dizziness, numbness or feeling unwell during treatment RESPECT & CONDUCT Unsafe, abusive, disrespectful or sexually inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped and may result in no refund.
