✨ Tantric Glow Solo Tantra Day ✨ Sunday 28th December 2025 — 2:00pm till 3:30pm We begin with a welcoming circle and a specially crafted heart-opening hot drink & fruits, inviting you to ground, relax, and arrive fully in the space. Through gentle introductions and shared intention setting, we’ll open a container of trust, presence, and connection You’ll then be guided into a movement and trance dance meditation, designed to dissolve tension, free your expression, and awaken flow. This practice supports the release of emotional blocks while helping you reconnect with your body and authentic self From there, we journey into transformative breathwork, expanding awareness, presence, and energy flow. This practice supports deep connection to your inner wisdom and helps unlock your natural vitality We then explore a series of tantra rituals and heart-connection exercises adapted for solo practice. Through breath, self-touch, eye-gazing with self and others in the group, and guided sacred practices, you will cultivate intimacy, compassion, and soulful connection with yourself and the collective energy of the circle We will close with a shared reflection circle, honouring the journey you’ve taken, with space for gratitude, softness, and integration before our final goodbyes 🌸 What to Bring A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on Warm, cosy clothing A blanket / towel A refillable water bottle An open heart, curiosity, and willingness to surrender into connection ✨ Only 10 spaces available — book early to reserve your place Gender-neutral
