Beyond Words: Sacred Tantric Massage, Beautiful Souls & Spiritual Connections

By Lisa-Marie | Tantric Glow
There are moments in my work that stay with me forever. Not because of who someone is, what they do for a living, or how well-known they may be, but because of the beautiful trust they place in me.
Every single person who comes to Tantric Glow is special to me, and I never take that trust for granted.
Tantra is still deeply misunderstood by many people. Some automatically associate it with sex, when the work I practise is something very different.
For me, Tantra is a sacred, spiritual and nurturing journey of connection, presence, life-force energy, surrender and rediscovering the wisdom that already exists within us.
And over the years, I've been deeply honoured to witness some truly beautiful and sometimes extraordinary experiences.
Sacred Tantric Massage: When Words Simply Aren't Enough
One of the things I often hear after The Sacred Temple Ritual - Tantric Massage experience is:
"I've never experienced anything like that before."
Sometimes people are completely speechless.
They lie there afterwards, deeply relaxed, trying to find the words to explain what they've just experienced.
Some describe feeling as though they're floating, almost outside their usual awareness of their physical body. Others experience an incredible sense of peace, emotional release, lightness or a deep connection to something within themselves.
Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes laughter. Sometimes complete silence.
And sometimes the most beautiful thing I can do is simply allow someone to remain in that peaceful space without expecting them to explain anything at all.
Not everyone experiences Tantra in the same way, and that's part of its beauty.
There is no right or wrong way to feel.
Every Soul Is Equal in My Sacred Space
Over the years, I've had the privilege of welcoming people from so many different walks of life.
I've been honoured to work with doctors, a well-known former Welsh rugby player and a professional singer, alongside so many other beautiful souls who have placed their trust in me.
I've also had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate in a spiritual workshop with my dear friend Rich and an American actor and breathwork facilitator, who joined us to share his own breathwork practice and participate in our workshop experiences.
It was a beautiful collaboration, bringing together Tantra, meditation and breathwork, and something I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of.
I'll share more about that experience, along with some of the other wonderful workshops I've facilitated, in a separate blog.
But what matters most to me is that whether someone is well-known, works in the medical profession or simply comes to me seeking peace, nurturing and spiritual connection, everyone is treated with the same love, compassion and respect.
Within my sacred space, there are no titles, no expectations and no need to be anyone other than yourself.
A doctor who spends their days caring for others may also need a space where they can simply receive care and nurturing themselves.
Someone recognised by thousands of people can still long for quietness, connection and a moment away from the outside world.
We are all human. We all deserve to feel safe, respected, supported and cared for.
Every soul is equally precious to me.
A Beautiful Spiritual Experience with a Singer
One experience that remains particularly close to my heart was a sacred Tantric Massage session with a woman I later discovered was a well-known singer.
I hadn't realised who she was at the time, and that made the experience even more special in its own way.
During our session, I felt deeply connected to the energy of the moment. I began singing and talking light language started to flow through me.
It wasn't something I had planned. It simply arose naturally within the experience. (Now as it often does with others)
There was something incredibly beautiful about the connection we shared.
Afterwards, she told me that although she didn't understand the words I was singing, she somehow felt she understood what was being expressed.
That moment has stayed with me.
To me, it was a reminder that connection isn't always about spoken language.
Sometimes we communicate through presence, feeling, sound, vibration and the heart.
It was a deeply moving experience for both of us, and one I will always treasure.
When the Body, Energy and Soul Begin to Communicate
One of the most fascinating and beautiful parts of my work is witnessing the different ways people respond during a sacred Tantric experience.
Sometimes the responses are incredibly subtle.
A finger might begin to twitch, a hand might gently move, or someone's arms may spontaneously lift without them consciously deciding to move them.
Within my Tantric understanding, each finger is connected to one of the five elements — earth, water, fire, air and ether.
I see these subtle movements as another form of energetic communication, almost as though the body is expressing something beyond words.
During my sessions, I sometimes work with what I describe as my energetic fingers, intuitively moving and guiding energy in and out of the space around the body.
For me, this connects deeply with the element of ether — the subtle, spacious quality of energy that I experience within my practice.
And sometimes something even more extraordinary happens.
People begin to sing.
I've experienced this with men and women, where sounds, tones and even beautiful high-octave notes spontaneously emerge during a session.
In my spiritual understanding, I associate these moments with the opening and expression of the throat chakra — the energy centre connected with communication, truth and authentic self-expression.
There can be moments of spontaneous movement, deep emotional release, gentle vibrations, laughter, tears or complete stillness.
Some people describe feeling as though they are flowing with the energy rather than consciously directing anything.
I find these moments incredibly moving.
I believe that within every one of us lies an innate wisdom, and that sometimes, when we feel deeply safe, present and relaxed, we can begin to reconnect with parts of ourselves we may have forgotten.
Of course, every experience is different. These are my personal spiritual interpretations, and there is never an expectation that anyone should experience particular sensations or responses.
For me, Tantra isn't about making something happen.
It's about creating the space for someone to experience whatever naturally unfolds, while feeling honoured, respected and nurtured throughout.
Honouring Each Person's Divine Timing
Something that is incredibly important to me in my Tantric practice is that I never try to force a Kundalini awakening or push someone's energy beyond what feels right for them.
My intention is always that whatever unfolds is for their highest and greatest good, and for the highest good of all.
I truly believe that we each have our own divine timing.
For some people, a session may bring an extraordinary spiritual experience. For others, it may simply be an opportunity to deeply relax, release emotions, reconnect with themselves or begin exploring their inner world.
And that is equally beautiful.
Sometimes people return for several sessions, allowing us to gently explore the chakras, work towards energetic balance and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
Within my spiritual understanding, this can feel like gradually clearing away layers of what no longer serves us, rather than trying to awaken everything at once.
There is no rush, no pressure and certainly no expectation that a Kundalini awakening needs to happen.
I believe that true spiritual connection comes through trust, patience, compassion and allowing each person's journey to unfold naturally.
My role isn't to force an awakening.
It's to hold a loving, nurturing space where people feel safe, supported and free to reconnect with themselves in their own time.
The Honour of Being Trusted
When someone comes to me for the first time, I understand that they may feel nervous, uncertain or curious.
They may have never experienced anything like Tantra before.
They may have spent years feeling disconnected from themselves, or perhaps they are simply seeking an opportunity to relax and explore their spiritual connection.
Whatever brings someone to my door, I meet them with the same compassion and respect.
My intention is always to create an environment where they feel, warm, comfortable and boundaries are honoured and where they can experience a sense of peace and nurturing.
And when someone finishes a session feeling deeply relaxed, grateful, emotional or simply unable to find the words, I feel incredibly privileged to have shared that time with them.
From My Heart to Yours
To every beautiful soul who has ever trusted me, thank you.
Whether you have visited once, returned many times, joined one of my workshops or shared a deeply personal moment in my sacred space, please know that you are appreciated.
Your stories, your vulnerability, your laughter, your tears and your willingness to open yourself to new experiences have all touched my heart.
I don't measure the value of my work by how famous someone is or what they do for a living.
I measure it by the authenticity of the connections we share.
And after all these years, I still feel just as honoured when someone chooses to place their trust in me.
Because to me, Tantra isn't about status, expectations or extraordinary experiences.
It's about remembering who we truly are beneath everything else.
And every single soul who walks through my door deserves to be honoured.
With love, light and gratitude,
Lisa-Marie ❤️
